  • 2027-2028: Finalize planning phase: select preferred corridor alternative and adopt community action plan
  • 2028-2030: Design for transportation and drainage and wastewater infrastructure
  • 2031: Anticipated construction start for capital corridor project (phased implementation)
  • Ongoing: Near-term transportation improvements and implementation of community-directed projects
